  3. Get the request, or take over.

    Cooli sends you the conversation and captures the lead. A supported calendar can confirm a booking. Otherwise, it records a request for you to confirm.

Can it judge how long a color will take?

No. Timing that depends on hair or service specifics goes to your team, not a guess.

Do I have to change my number?

No. Your line forwards to Cooli only for the calls you choose, and you can turn it off any time.

What if a client wants a redo or refund?

It takes the details and sends them to you as a request. It does not offer refunds or promises on your behalf.
