Custom work

Built on the software you already pay for.

We build AI and automation for independent businesses on the tools they already run: the booking system, the point of sale, the inbox, the books. Nothing gets replaced. You keep your logins, your data and your habits, and one more thing starts happening on its own.

Stack check free. Build quoted in writing before any fee. From $99 a month to keep it running.

You already pay for five tools. They do not talk to each other.

A booking lands in one app, the customer's question in another, the invoice in a third. Somebody copies it all across by hand, usually the owner, usually at night.

Every AI pitch wants you to switch.

Most offers start by replacing what you have with their platform. Then your staff relearn, your history sits in an export, and when it breaks there is nobody local to call. We start from what you run and add to it.

Three steps. The price is in writing before the second one.

  1. Stack check, free.

Thirty minutes on a call. You tell us what you run and who holds the logins. You get a one-page note: what connects properly, what only has exports or a booking link, and what we would build first.

  2. Fixed-price build, in writing.

A one-page scope you sign off before any fee: what it touches, what it does, and how we will both know it works. A change of scope is a new quote, not a surprise on the invoice.

  3. Keep it running, monthly.

Fixes, small changes, monitoring, and a person to call. Month to month, cancel by email. You own the result and get a handover note that says where everything lives.

What we build, in your trade, on your tools.

Every line names the tool it touches and what happens. The receptionist is the smallest version of each.

What connects today, and what we build.

Connections we have already built and run: Salesforce, HubSpot, SmartMoving, Sage, Microsoft 365 mail, and any tool with a webhook or a plain API. Everything else named on this page is built as part of your project: on that tool's API where it has one, or on exports and your booking link where it does not.

We tell you which is which on the stack check, before you pay. We do not show a logo we have not connected, and if the honest answer is that your current setup already does the job, we say so.

Three prices. Two of them are on this page.

The build price is the one we cannot print without seeing your tools. Everything around it is fixed.

1. Stack check

Free

Thirty minutes, then a one-page note on what can connect and what to build first. No fee, no obligation, and we will say if you do not need us.

2. Build

Fixed price, in writing

Quoted for the scope you signed off, before any fee. The after-hours receptionist is our smallest build, at $199 to $999. The projects on this page start above that range.

3. Keep it running

$99a month and up

Fixes, small changes, monitoring, a person to call. Month to month, cancel by email. You own the result. The receptionist alone is exactly $99.

No per-message or per-minute billing. No annual plan. A change of scope is a new quote, agreed before the work. The receptionist's own pricing, refunds and setup checklist are on the pricing page.

Fair questions before you let anyone near your tools.

Do I have to switch tools?

No. That is the point. We build on what you run. If something you use is a bad fit for what you want, we say so on the stack check and you decide.

Who owns it when we stop?

You do. Accounts are created in your name, you hold the credentials, and you get a handover note that says where everything lives and how to turn each piece off.

What happens when it breaks at 9pm?

It stops rather than guesses. Anything it is not sure about goes to a person, and nothing is written into your systems without a rule you approved. The monthly price includes a person to call.

Will it work with my bookkeeper's QuickBooks?

QuickBooks Online has a real API, so yes, as part of the build. We draft, your bookkeeper approves. Nothing posts to the books on its own unless you ask for exactly that.

Why not hire someone on Upwork?

You can, and for a one-off script it is cheaper. What you get here is a local team that installs by hand, a scope in writing, a monthly price with a person behind it, and the same people when it breaks.

Is the receptionist part of this?

Usually it is the first thing we install, because it is small, fixed price, and proves the handoff works on your real line. Everything on this page can start from it or stand on its own.

Free stack check

Tell us what you run. We tell you what it can do.

A person reads this and replies by email within one business day with a first read on what connects, then we book the thirty minutes if it is worth both our time.
